Our Director General Honorable Christopher D. Sankolo and our Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance Honorable Chea Brown Garley on yesterday July 17 held a highly productive meeting with Mr. Solomon Weawea Executive Director of the Liberia National Heritage and Culture Development Association( LNHCDA).

The meeting was intended to foster collaboration between the two institutions.

The Liberia National Heritage and Culture Development Association (LNHCDA) is engaged in diverse farming activities including rice, cassava, eddoes, palms, cocoa, coffee, rubber, pineapple, and other agricultural products.

The organization intends to sell these agricultural products and invest the proceeds into an endowment, ensuring sustainable support for their projects that will kickstart in the soonest possible time.

According to the Executive Director of the Organization Solomon Weawea, the Engagement with LACRA is crucial in achieving this goal, as it allows his group to establish vital partnerships and ensure that farmers are well-equipped with the necessary resources and support.

For his part, Director General Honorable Christopher D. Sankolo welcomed the partnership and pledged LACRA’s commitment to work with organizations working in the interest of farmers across the country.
